Major changes to clarify the question (because I struggle with terminology right now).

What is a "2type of adapter combines 2 mono to one3.5mm jacks into 1 stereo 3.5mm" TRS adapter called5mm jack with each mono track on a different band?

[Note: Heavily edited for clarification]

My Zoom H1N can record stereo input from a 3.5mm input. I have two lav mics with 3.5mm ends. I want one mic to record into the left channel and the other to record into the right channel on my zoom. What kind of adapter/splitter do I need in order to do this?

There is a post here with an adapter I think I need - but I don't know what it's called. It combines two TRS mono 3.5mm inputs into one singular TRS jack, but the tracks are still separate.

I'm going to rephrase because I'm having rouble making sense3. I need a Y splitter that splits a stereo5mm jack into the left/right channel separately (not combine them them into a single mono track). I do not know what this is called, and therefore I cannot buy it.

Thanks for the help!
