There are delicate ways to get them excited or willing to improve their performance. On the other hand, just as much as it is sometimes our job to clean up sub-par recordings and performances (and sometimes it's not), It's also their job to deliver a proper performance. There are too many factors involved here. I was simply making a suggestion I know to work. The semantics of whether and how they are implemented is a different story. | |
