I don't think that there is "film-specific" tool.

What is your exact expectation from this tool?

Have you ever do project management before?

You don't need tool you need know-how about specific workflow(s) - in your case how film works if you don't know how much time you need for each stage of film making you can have best sw on planet but will be useless....

PM is not about tools is about mastering processes and estimations :)
