As of 2020, I would approach this with Dante - I would use a Dante enabled preamp and then route the Dante channels to any number of DAW's on the same network. This isn't the best sort of lavalier to use with pro/semi-pro interfaces. You need something that has both an XLR termination and an internal power adapter from 48v phantom to the electret bias.
