Where can I find drum beat samples or individual notes, especially electronic music styles (electro house, dubstep, trance etc.)?

I recommend Loopmasters.

I'm a pretty big fan of Puremagnetik, and have been subscribing for several months now.

Samples are published in "micropaks" which are all oriented around a theme - usually but not always a specific electronic instrument that's fairly rare to find on its own. Many of these instruments are percussive, such as drum machines, and so would suit your purpose.

The limitation is that they are only released in a few formats, specifically for the Ableton Live, NI Kontakt, Apple Loops, and Renoise environments and so if you aren't using that software they aren't of much use.
